We have multiple homes that have 24/7 staffing but also provide for an integrated community living option. Living at a SIL home, you are expected to identify and work with the team towards your goals and aspirations for your recovery and work, share household tasks, develop a healthy lifestyle, and receive education on budgeting skills, effective shopping, and nutritious diet. You will also be supported to understand the impacts of the challenges you face and how to stay well and grow in your autonomy and independence.
