Empowered To Care Ltd (ETC or E2C)

Our NDIS Participants are empowered in their choice, control and capacity building.
Our Independent Contractors (ICs) as Support Workers are empowered to provide quality services for our Participants.
Feedback includes:
  • Minimal administration fee, which maximises IC’s income
  • Rostering opportunity
  • Information technology support 
The Empowered To Care Administration team provide broad support as an NDIS Provider to both Participants and Support Workers to assist with Plan Reviews, Service Agreements, liaison with Support Coordinators, rostering and training.
We centre on our Participants, Nominees, and families for best outcomes. 
We strive to recruit Support Workers with the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to meet all support plan needs for Participants.  We ensure compliance with the NDIS Worker Screening.   Our Support Team are encouraged to work with Participants in their own areas to build supports and communities for their Participants.   This is called Capacity Building.  
We have registration for SDA, SILS, Support Coordination, and Community Participation.  
We provide NDIS intake as a free service, assist with the Participant’s NDIS application, helping them build a support team that match the Participant’s requirements, and just listen to their needs. 
On application, Empowered To Care can umbrella other Organisations and their qualified Support Team. 
Empowered To Care provides a Training and Inservice Program to our Support Team to ensure current practices in line with the NDIS Practice Standards (2020) and NDIS Workforce Capability Framework (2021).
Empowered To Care works closely with registered training providers such as TAFE and University sector.
The Empowered To Care Board strive for ethical, quality services which meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, to offer services to people with disabilities (Participants) and access their NDIS packages.
Moving forward Empowered To Care aims to put profits, above reasonable and necessary expenses, back into the community. This will be achieved by building Hubs and supporting other worthwhile charities and non-profit organisations.
E2C NDIS Care Worker
The Empowered to Care Administration team provide a broad support IC’s in processing NDIS invoices from Support Workers.
